This position will handle around 1,500 invoices processed monthly. This position will be 100% onsite in Everett, WA, and will require local candidates who can do the commute.

(Summary Of Key Responsibilities)

- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) process, which includes:
- Timely and accurate invoice processing, with the requirement to process invoices as needed.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Receiving.
- Identification and documentation of root causes of payment delays & payment errors as well as implementation of corrective actions, monitoring and reporting results to the Controller and/or CFO.
- Maintaining positive relationships with vendors.
- Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of AP specialists.
- Ownership of applications used in the vendor payment process.
- Identification and implementation of process improvements and system enhancements.
- Manage the corporate credit card program, including:
- Development and implementation of an enforceable credit card policy.
- New card setup, fraud monitoring, and monthly statement review and posting.
- Manage the travel & expense program, including the:
- Development and implementation of an enforceable travel & expense policy.
- Administration and optimization of Ramp for travel and expense reporting, including user setup, report approvals, and payment execution.
- General ledger accounting tasks, including but not limited to the preparation and/or review of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for accounts payable, certain accruals, and other relevant accounts.
- Development and maintenance of KPIs and dashboards to efficiently monitor the AP process & provide AP reports to the Controller and CFO.
- Champion spend management initiatives as well as monitor and report out on spend.
- Work alongside FP&A and the Controller to develop and maintain the cash forecast.
- Assistance with external financial statement audits as the primary point of contact for AP.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including ownership of the annual 1099 filings.
- Implementation and enforcement of internal controls.
- Must have Tapalti and/or Ramp (Credit Card Processing) experience and listed on resume.
- 8 years of progressive experience in the end-to-end accounts payable process.
- 3 years of experience in a management role.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
- Proven experience in a high-growth, technology-driven environment.
