Record and reconcile cream and fluid milk purchases with vendors and internal teams. Input and balance finished production data, collaborating with operations to address inconsistencies. Reconcile incoming milk receipts with external suppliers and internal customers. Review and reconcile monthly company credit card statements, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.

- Confirm receipt of goods and process accounts payable activities.
- Reconcile invoices with proper approvals and general ledger coding.
- Manage receipts in the Accounting System.
- Perform variance checks and resolve discrepancies.
- Record and reconcile cream and fluid milk purchases.
- Collaborate with operations to balance finished production data.
- Reconcile incoming milk receipts with external suppliers and internal customers.
- Review and reconcile monthly credit card statements.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts payable.
- Experience using an ERP system.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- One year of hands-on experience with accounting software.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Team player with positive energy and enthusiasm.
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
