This position offers the opportunity to work in a family-oriented environment within a leading civil construction company serving the Tri-State area for four generations.ResponsibilitiesManage and process invoices and purchase orders accurately.Support the accounting and finance departments with clerical tasks.Utilize Excel tools such as pivot tables and vlookup for data analysis.Collaborate with the Payables Director and a team of seven specialists to ensure timely payment processing.Essential SkillsBachelor's Degree or at least 6 months of experience in an office environment.Understanding of accounts payable processes.Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookup.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with accounts payable for a minimum of 6 months.Familiarity with Viewpoint software.Work EnvironmentWork in a supportive and collaborative setting, reporting directly to the Payables Director alongside seven accounts payable specialists.
