This is an in-office position located in Austin, operating Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. The role offers the potential for career advancement, with eligibility to transfer to the Outbound Sales team after three months based on performance, which includes the opportunity to earn commission. The position is a long-term contract with the potential to convert into a Blue Badge (Full-Time Employee) based on performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective Hub Delivery partners.
- Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs and present the value of Hub Delivery.
- Guide partners through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into the program.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals.
- Provide feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.
- 2 years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or tech.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable making high volumes of calls and managing multiple leads simultaneously.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
