Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour (DOE)
Shift: 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Open Positions & Responsibilities
Floor Builder
Construct floor assemblies including sideboards, joists and ledger boards
Install hangers and verify squareness using cross measurements
Interior Trimmer
Layout, measure, cut and install interior trim per blueprint specifications
Ensure accurate fit and finish
Drywall Reworker
Identify and correct defects in the production line
Perform line and yard adjustments and resolve material shortages
Siding Installer
Prepare and install exterior wall coverings
Use tools such as nail guns and hoists while following blueprints
Tile Installer
Layout rooms and install backer board, tile, grout and caulking
Fit tile into tight spaces and install shower doors
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Skills & Qualifications
Construction experience preferred (training available for some roles)
Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately (to 1/16")
Proficiency with construction tools
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to perform physically demanding work
Dependable and team-oriented mindset
