Location: Hastings, NE
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Overtime available on Fridays)
Pay: $21.25/hr base 15% night shift differential = $24.44/hr

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and components

• Fabricate, modify and repair mechanical instruments and industrial equipment

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and geometric tolerances

• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, dial indicators and depth gauges

• Perform routine equipment operation and assist with maintenance and repairs

• Follow established processes to ensure quality, safety and operational compliance

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively across departments

• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment

What You Bring

• 2 years of machining experience in a manufacturing or repair environment preferred

• Experience with manual lathes, milling machines or CNC equipment

• Ability to read blueprints and work with tight tolerances

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Solid communication and organizational skills

• Understanding of safety procedures and workplace standards

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
