Position Overview

We are seeking an analyst to join our Security Architecture and Engineering team to support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise browser security infrastructure. This role provides hands-on exposure to security engineering, including troubleshooting, provisioning workflows, and front-line support of secure browser technologies. It’s an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals looking to build expertise in cybersecurity and enterprise IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for the Prisma Access browser implementation
• Handle Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalations via email, chat, and phone
• Collaborate with teams to resolve provisioning and access issues for unmanaged devices
• Monitor tool performance, alerts, and logs to ensure availability and effectiveness
• Assist with upgrades, patches, and basic configuration tasks
• Escalate complex problems to senior engineers or vendors as needed
• Document processes, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting steps
• Support manual provisioning tasks in cloud infrastructure (e.g., user provisioning, group assignments)
• Troubleshoot front-end issues with a security perspective, identifying whether problems stem from browser, network, or platform configurations
• Provide first-line engineering support to internal teams
• Maintain operational flow and reduce manual overhead for the platform
• Analyze feedback from internal users and propose improvements
• Create, update, and maintain platform documentation and process improvements
• Gain exposure to automation, scripting, and security tool integration
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support, systems engineering, or relevant internship/project work
• Understanding of browser infrastructure and security features
• Basic troubleshooting skills (e.g., antivirus, browser extensions, compatibility issues)
• Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging via email, chat, and phone
• Team-oriented with ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to cybersecurity tools (e.g., CrowdStrike) a plus but not required
• Experience supporting large enterprise environments (cloud and on-premises)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence
