The Sr. Analyst, Batch Operations will manage and streamline batch data processing with a strong focus on ETL pipelines, scheduling, and cloud-based workflows. This position will play a critical role in ensuring operational reliability, data quality, and governance across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize ETL workflows, batch jobs, and cloud-based pipelines (AWS, Airflow).
- Validate and integrate data sources while ensuring data quality through KPI tracking.
- Manage job lineage and operational controls to maintain compliance and visibility.
- Support inbound and outbound data integration initiatives across platforms.
- Monitor, triage, and respond to operational requests and incidents.
- Train and support business users, promoting best practices in governance and documentation.
- Contribute to DataOps strategy and continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Strong hands-on skills with AWS, Apache Airflow, and job scheduling tools (AutoSys, Control-M).
- Experience working with ServiceNow modules for incident and change management.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
