We are seeking an energetic and motivated Junior Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will support senior account executives in managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and support.
Collaborate with senior account executives to identify client needs, propose solutions, and drive customer satisfaction.
Conduct research on potential clients, markets, and competitors to support sales initiatives.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for client meetings and internal use.
Track account activity, sales metrics, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth implementation and follow-up.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and sales strategy discussions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
0-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
