The Company:
- A prominent Fortune 500 financial services firm with a nationwide network of independent financial advisors. This company offers an extensive selection of investment products and services to individuals, businesses, and institutions, with a strong emphasis on utilizing innovation and technology to cultivate client relationships.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Supporting critical wire and money-movement activity on a high-urgency operations team during peak end-of-year and tax-season volume. In this hybrid role, you'll balance inbound phone support with accurate transaction processing—guiding clients through systems navigation, resolving service needs, and partnering cross-functionally to keep work moving with speed and precision. The team handles approximately 60–80 inbound calls per day. Possible (but not guaranteed) conversion to full-time with strong performance.
Role Logistics:
- 6-month contract
- Location: Fort Mill, SC or Tempe, AZ
- Hybrid — onsite Monday–Wednesday
- Training schedule varies by assigned team and time zone (details provided during the interview process)
- Start date: ASAP
- Pay rate: $21–$23/hr
Qualifications:
- Prior relevant experience in financial services operations and/or call-center/phone-based support required (not entry-level)
- Phone-based customer service experience in a professional environment (top priority)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, quality-focused setting and manage moderate inbound volume
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter mindset with strong follow-through and accountability
- Preferred: wire processing exposure; AML and/or fraud operations familiarity; LexisNexis and/or OFAC screening systems; strong Excel skills; transfer workflows (initiation, tracking, documentation, reporting); direct processing knowledge
