CMOS - Money Desk Disbursements & Retirements

The Company

• A prominent Fortune 500 financial services firm with a nationwide network of independent financial advisors. This company offers an extensive selection of investment products and services to individuals, businesses, and institutions, with a strong emphasis on utilizing innovation and technology to cultivate client relationships.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Supporting a fast-paced Cash Management Operations team across money desk disbursements, retirements, and time-sensitive financial processing. You'll process transactions accurately, resolve exceptions, and complete daily controls and reconciliations that support high standards of reporting and service.

Role Logistics:

• 6-month contract
• Location: Fort Mill, SC or Tempe, AZ
• Fully onsite (Monday–Wednesday in office)
• Start date: September 22, 2026

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong Excel proficiency (high-volume tracking, reporting, and reconciliation)
• High attention to detail and accuracy under strict deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to prioritize across multiple queues
• Preferred: prior cash management, financial services operations, or transaction processing experience
• Nice to have: knowledge of investment vehicles (mutual funds, fixed income, annuities); account transfers (ACAT/Non-ACAT); familiarity with Documentum, BETA, Visio, or Siebel; tax operations, divorce/death claims, or "Not in Good Order" processing
