- Strong project and program management experience leading large, complex technology initiatives
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues, blockers, and escalation paths
- Experience with roadmap execution, milestone tracking, and initiative planning
- Ability to coordinate delivery efforts across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
- Experience supporting testing and quality activities, including system, integration, user acceptance testing, readiness planning, defect management, and deployment coordination
- Strong reporting and communication skills, including status updates, leadership reporting, and delivery metrics
- Demonstrated ability to drive issue resolution and facilitate decision-making across competing priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in complex, highly matrixed environments with technology, business, and external partner teams
- Ability to create clarity, drive accountability, and influence outcomes without direct authority
- Experience partnering with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments preferred
