Aspire Senior Living Roaring River in Cassville, MO is currently seeking a dedicated and flexible Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our long-term care (LTC) & rehab team. You’ll provide evaluation and treatment services to residents, supporting them in regaining mobility, strength, and functional ability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver effective therapy interventions based on resident goals and progress.
• Work collaboratively with the Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) and other clinical staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and safety measures.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Missouri.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatrics is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying caseloads.
