Position: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Location: Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs - Excelsior Springs, MO

Shifts: Full-time DAYS

Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team! Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) will be responsible for assisting occupational therapists in providing high-quality care to our residents. Our skilled nursing facility is dedicated to delivering exceptional personal care services in a warm and welcoming environment.

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in good standing in Missouri.
• Long term care experience preferred.
• Proven work experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Plan and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing
• Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care
• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers
• Monitor patient response to treatment intervention
• Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations
