Hey there! We’re looking for dependable, caring female caregivers (Level 3/4) who enjoy helping others and want to make a real difference in people’s lives. This is in-home caregiving work in Grants Pass and nearby areas, with both full-time and part-time shifts available. We offer super flexible scheduling — weekdays, weekends, holidays — we’ll do our best to fit around your life. Pay starts at $17 an hour, depending on your experience.
We’re looking for caregivers who are confident providing higher-level personal care and support — things like bathing, dressing, medication reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, and helping clients get around safely. You might also drive clients to appointments or errands, or just spend time offering companionship and emotional support.
To qualify, you’ll need to be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, reliable car, and insurance, and be able to speak and understand English clearly. You must have Level 3/4 caregiving experience or certification, and you’ll need to pass a background check and drug test. You’ll also attend a paid orientation in Medford (Thursday or Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.).
