In this role, you will learn the functionality of a corporate workplace, learn how to draft communications in corporate lingo and help automate processes for current communications. You will also have a critical role in further enhancing the internship program.

Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)
- Execute on assigned communications projects with detail, organization, and creativity
- Support daytoday communications operations with strong organization, attention to detail, and creativity
- Draft internal articles, announcements, and corporate communication pieces in partnership with Internal Communications
- Plan and execute Los Angeles Headquarters engagement and philanthropy events
- Offer insights and recommendations from the intern perspective to enhance the Internship Program experience
- Write and publish feature stories for the intranet highlighting teams, events, or initiatives
- Produce a full year of content for calendar communications.
- Design and execute a LAHQ philanthropy event from concept through dayof support
- Assist in planning LAHQ engagement events
- Support Internship Program planning
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or marketing; undergrad preferred
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Must be able to work full-time for a minimum of 11 consecutive weeks
- Must be able to work from the LA HQ, Monday-Thursday with the flexibility to work remotely each Friday
- Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening with satisfactory results
