KNIGHT'S MECHANICAL is looking for an experienced Project Manager to help lead commercial and industrial projects throughout Kentucky.

For more than 40 years, KNIGHT'S MECHANICAL has built a reputation for quality workmanship, strong customer relationships, and treating employees the right way. What began as a one-person plumbing company in Elizabethtown has grown into one of the region's most respected mechanical contractors, serving customers across Kentucky and Tennessee while maintaining the values that helped build the company from day one.

We're looking for someone who can confidently manage projects from pre-construction through closeout while building trust with customers, supporting field teams, and driving successful outcomes. This role requires someone who can balance the details of budgets, schedules, manpower planning, subcontractor coordination, and project execution while never losing sight of the customer experience.

📍 Based out of Elizabethtown, Glasgow, Bowling Green, or surrounding Kentucky communities

💰 $105,000 - $135,000 annual salary

Compensation is based on experience, licensing, specialized trade expertise, and demonstrated success managing complex mechanical construction projects. Exceptional candidates may be considered above the posted range.

What you'll bring:

• 5 years of project management experience in commercial plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical construction

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction operations

• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and customer relationships

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
