Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an Investment Funds Attorney for our client’s Florida office.
Job Summary
The Investment Funds Attorney will support sophisticated fund formation, structuring, and compliance matters for a broad range of investment vehicles and clients. This position requires a highly experienced attorney with strong technical knowledge, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage complex transactions in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Advise clients on investment fund formation, structuring, and regulatory compliance
• Draft, review, and negotiate fund formation and governance documents
• Provide legal guidance on private investment structures and related transactions
• Support clients on ongoing compliance and operational matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to investment funds issues
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on complex transactional matters
• Manage multiple matters while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work product
Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment funds law
• Significant experience in fund formation, structuring, and compliance
• Active bar admission required
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage sophisticated legal matters in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and sound professional judgment
