Position Summary: We are a civil litigation with attorneys who practice in New York and New Jersey. We handle a very selective caseload which includes complex commercial matters and catastrophic injury cases. We are seeking a highly motivated attorney to work in our New Jersey office.
Attorney Qualifications:
- Bar admissions in New Jersey and New York
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent oral advocacy
Attorney Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
- Conduct legal research using resources such as Westlaw to support litigation cases
- Draft legal documents and correspondence with strong writing skills
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies
