VCG Attorney Recruiting is actively representing multiple law firm clients throughout South Florida seeking Commercial Litigation Associates with 2–6 years of experience.

What You'll Do
Depending on the opportunity, attorneys may work on matters involving:
- Complex commercial and business disputes
- Contract disputes
- Corporate and partnership litigation
- Real estate litigation
- Fiduciary duty and business tort claims
- Fraud and misrepresentation claims
- Shareholder, member, and ownership disputes
- Professional liability matters
- Construction and development-related litigation
- Appellate support and strategic motion practice
Responsibilities May Include
- Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and substantive litigation documents
- Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda
- Managing discovery and litigation deadlines
- Taking and defending depositions
- Participating in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Assisting with case strategy and client counseling
- Working directly with partners and clients on sophisticated litigation matters
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar membership
- 2–6 years of litigation experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong professional judgment and attention to detail
Preferred Experience
- Commercial litigation experience
- Florida state and/or federal court experience
- Experience with depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, or trial preparation
- Prior experience with a litigation boutique, regional, or AmLaw firm
- Strong writing sample demonstrating substantive litigation experience
