What You'll Do
- Handle Chapter 11 business bankruptcy matters, creditors' rights litigation, and assignments for the benefit of creditors
- Make court appearances and manage motions practice
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and negotiations
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects, often collaborating across offices
- 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Active Florida Bar license
- Judicial clerkship experience considered a strong plus
- Substantial knowledge of Chapter 11 business bankruptcies and creditors' rights matters
- Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a fast-paced caseload
