Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Corporate & Transactional Attorney for our client’s Florida office.
Job Summary
The Corporate & Transactional Attorney will support a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements. This role requires a highly skilled legal professional with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex transactions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and transactional documents
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on deal execution
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines
Qualifications
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate and transactional law
• Active bar admission required
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
Physical Demands
• Ability to perform standard office functions, including typing and computer use
• Regularly required to communicate verbally and in writing
