Our client is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join their growing Orlando office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who is passionate about advocating for injured workers and delivering strong case results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle a docket of workers’ compensation cases from initial evaluation to conclusion
- Represent clients in hearings, conferences, and depositions
- Analyze claims, prepare legal documentation, and develop case strategy
- Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case progress
- Engage in settlement discussions and negotiations with opposing parties
- Work cross-functionally with support staff to maintain case flow and organization
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) required
- Licensed and in good standing to practice in Orlando
- Experience in workers’ compensation or related litigation preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Detail-oriented with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
