An established life sciences company are looking to hire a Finance Manager, Supply Chain. This individual will support the Supply Chain finance area in the successful delivery of short-to-long-term initiatives aligning finance and operations in support of the organization's objectives. The role requires a blend of financial expertise, supply chain knowledge, and a passion for improving operational performance with analytical thinking and advanced modeling capabilities. The position is based in Miami and will be a Hybrid schedule.
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis to enhance accuracy and efficiency, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Lead monthly financial reviews, presenting performance analysis, identifying drivers of variances, and recommending actions for improvement.
- Implement best practices in inventory management, forecasting, and production planning.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to supply chain efficiency, working capital, and cost optimization.
- Key participant in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, ensuring that product supply plans are in accordance with long-term profitability and cash-flow targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Tech Ops, and Accounting, to ensure cohesive financial planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; Supply Chain certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles, with at least 2 years supporting supply chain, manufacturing, or operations functions, ideally within the medical device or biotech sectors.
- Strong analytical skills, with proven expertise in financial modeling (including sensitivity analysis for long-term planning), forecasting, and performance management.
- Demonstrable advanced Excel proficiency is required; advanced experience with Tableau, SQL, and/or Power BI is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in cost and variance analysis, supply chain forecasting, and budgeting is required.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and cost accounting principles.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in ERP and financial planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, SAGE, Planful).

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
