As they continue to grow, they are looking for a motivated Jr/Staff Accountant to join their ranks and help drive their success.
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (On-site)
We are currently on the search for a professional and reliable Jr/Staff Accountant:
- Process 100 invoices monthly, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Manage AP workflow across multiple entities and capital pools.
- Perform vendor reconciliations and maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries.
- Partner with the Senior Accountant and collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes.
- Compiles, summarizes, and provides necessary reports of activities as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage time, work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience, with significant exposure to Accounts Payable.
- QuickBooks Online experience highly preferred
- Must be well organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate ability to ask pertinent questions
- A high level of respect and discretion for confidential information.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Excel and accompanying Microsoft Office Suite software.

- $60k - $80k Bonus & Benefits (Commiserate with Experience)
