Senior Accountant

Looking to take the next step beyond routine accounting work? This Senior Accountant opportunity offers direct exposure to senior leadership, ownership of key accounting functions, and the chance to play a meaningful role in financial reporting and process improvement.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond transactional work and take ownership of the close process, strengthen financial controls, and partner with leadership to improve reporting and operational efficiency. You’ll have visibility across the organization and the opportunity to help drive best practices within the accounting function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage key components of the month-end and year-end close process
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and internal reporting packages
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances or discrepancies
• Support external audits and ensure proper documentation and compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and efficiencies
• Partner cross-functionally with finance and operational teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
