Job Summary:
CPSFL is seeking a dynamic Senior Accountant for a full time position. We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support accurate financial reporting, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and contribute to key close, audit, and reporting activities. This exempt role applies advanced accounting knowledge, exercises professional judgment to support business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or closely related degree
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial close processes
- Advanced Excel and accounting system experience
- Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and analytical thinking
- Experience with MIP preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes
- Prepare, review, and approve journal entries and account reconciliations
- Research and apply accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) to complex transactions
- Prepare audit schedules, technical documentation, and respond to auditor inquiries
- Analyze financial results and explain variances and trends
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
Support budgeting, forecasting, and special accounting projects

Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: $75,000
