Marketing Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Assistant to support marketing operations, lead management, social media initiatives, and content development efforts. This role will assist with processing leads, coordinating marketing materials, supporting digital campaigns, and contributing to graphic design, photography, and video projects. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming leads to ensure timely communication with customers and partners.
- Maintain and update lead activity and follow-up tasks within Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Support sales and marketing teams with administrative and project-based tasks.
- Maintain organization and inventory of marketing materials and promotional items.
- Assemble and distribute marketing kits, sample packages, mailers, and promotional materials.
- Assist with marketing projects including:
- Data entry
- Website updates
- CRM management
- Photo and video coordination
- Assist with product and promotional video production, including scheduling, location coordination, filming, and editing.
- Create and update marketing collateral such as:
- Flyers
- Catalogs
- Trade show materials
- Digital advertisements
- Print materials
- Support social media marketing efforts by:
- Scheduling content
- Managing social calendars
- Monitoring campaign performance
- Analyzing engagement metrics
- Assist with additional marketing and administrative projects as assigned.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Some college coursework in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- InDesign
- Premiere Pro
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred.
