Key Responsibilities
- Apply daily cash receipts, including credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare, process, and distribute customer invoices in a high-volume environment
- Review and process credit memos, adjustments, and discrepancies
- Research and resolve unapplied cash, payment variances, and account issues
- Manage COD transactions, including processing and reconciliation of related invoices
- Prepare and assist with bank deposits and cash application reporting
- Review and validate tax-exempt documentation and qualifications
- Maintain and develop Excel-based reports and reconciliations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to support overall operations
- Assist with additional accounting and administrative functions as needed
Qualifications
- 3 years of recent Accounts Receivable experience (high-volume preferred)
- Strong understanding of cash applications, invoicing, and collections processes
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
