Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial results, trends, and key performance indicators to support business decisions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses.
- Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to evaluate production costs, inventory trends, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
- Monitor and analyze labor, material, and overhead costs.
- Support month-end close activities and provide financial insights to leadership.
- Develop financial models to evaluate business initiatives, capital investments, and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, reduce costs, and streamline reporting processes.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for management.
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 years of financial analysis, accounting, or related experience.
- Manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is a plus.
- Ability to communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow within the organization.
