Are you a creative, organized, and detail-oriented marketer who loves bringing ideas to life? We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing teams with a mix of hands-on coordination, digital marketing, and design projects.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts-managing leads, supporting campaigns, creating content, and helping our brand shine across channels.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and process leads in Salesforce for timely follow-up
• Support marketing and sales operations, keeping projects running smoothly
• Maintain marketing materials and inventory in our warehouse
• Assemble promotional kits, mailers, and trade show packages
• Assist with social media campaigns—scheduling, tracking, and performance analysis
• Help create engaging content: graphics, photography, and video editing
• Support production of marketing materials: flyers, catalogs, ads, and trade show assets
• Coordinate and assist with product video shoots (planning, filming, editing)
• Perform website updates, data entry, and other general marketing support tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 years of marketing or design experience (high school diploma required; some college preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere)
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• A creative mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented, proactive, and ready to take initiative
