Temporary HR Generalist
Location: Midtown, NY (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $20–$25/hr
A growing real estate management company is seeking a Temporary HR Generalist to support its HR team during a period of rapid expansion. The company is onboarding several new properties and adding 130 union employees, creating an immediate need for additional HR support.
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday onsite in Manhattan
- Friday remote
- 9am–6pm
Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding and HR administration
- Prepare offer letters and maintain employee records
- Assist with full-cycle recruiting for high-volume maintenance roles
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews
- Manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- 1 year of HR and/or office experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
- Recruiting experience is a plus
Additional Details:
- Contract role with strong potential to extend
- HR team of 4 supporting 650 employees
- Interview process: One Zoom interview with HR leadership
- Immediate start preferred
