We are working with a growing, Award Winning Law Firm, looking to bring on a Real Estate Associate Attorney, to join our growing team. They are looking for someone with previous residential real estate experience.
Requirements:
- 1 years of Commercial Real Estate experience
- Have your JD and be in good standing
- Be Licensed in the Rhode Island
- Additional experience with real estate acquisition and disposition transactions, financing and land use transactions
Responsibilities:
- Working with the best trial attorneys in the field from inception to trial with the potential to second-seat trials
- Drafting and responding to discovery demands
- Appearing for court conferences and oral argument on motions
- Counseling clients on case developments and drafting status reports
The annual salary for this position is between 70k-90k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
