Litigation Paralegal (Civil Litigation) – Onsite

Team members are trusted with meaningful ownership over case management, litigation preparation, and client support while working alongside experienced trial attorneys. Key Responsibilities
• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including intake, discovery, motion preparation, and trial readiness.
• Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, subpoenas, discovery responses, correspondence, and court filings.
• Organize, maintain, and manage case files, exhibits, deadlines, and litigation calendars.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Assist with deposition preparation, hearing logistics, and trial preparation activities.
• Conduct factual investigations and legal research to support active matters.
• Manage document production and maintain litigation workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
• 2 years of Paralegal experience, preferably within civil litigation environments.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures, discovery, and legal documentation.
• Experience supporting attorneys through hearings, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience supporting civil litigation, criminal defense, employment, or business litigation matters.
• Trial preparation and courtroom support experience.
• Familiarity with Louisiana court filing practices and procedures.
• Paralegal certification preferred but not required.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $50,000 – $73,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
