We are seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join a well-established and growing law firm in Philadelphia. What You'll Do:
- Analyze and litigate complex insurance coverage disputes
- Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declaratory judgment actions
- Handle first-party and third-party coverage matters
- Conduct legal research and prepare motions, briefs, and other pleadings
- Manage cases from inception through resolution
- Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and client meetings
- Provide strategic advice and counseling to insurance carriers and corporate clients
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar
- 3 years of Insurance Coverage experience preferred
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience handling coverage opinions, coverage litigation, or insurance-related disputes
- Ability to independently manage files while working collaboratively with a team
- Excellent communication and client management skills

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position can be between $130,000- $180,000 base annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
