Paralegal

Millsap & Singer is looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented paralegal to join our Chesterfield office. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are early in their legal career or looking to break into the field — no prior real estate or mortgage experience is required. We provide full, hands‑on training.

What You’ll Do

• Review loan documents and enter case information into our systems
• Draft and prepare legal documents (training provided)
• Request information from vendors and coordinate with outside parties
• File documents with the court when needed
• Monitor case updates such as bankruptcy filings or military status
• Communicate with clients and provide clear updates on case progress
• Stay organized, manage deadlines, and keep all case records accurate
