Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal
Manhattan, NY
A highly respected and established plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to join its growing Manhattan office.
What You'll Do
- Manage personal injury files from intake through settlement or trial preparation
- Draft and prepare legal documents, discovery, and correspondence
- Obtain and organize medical records, billing records, and case documentation
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and experts
- Assist attorneys with litigation preparation, depositions, hearings, and trial support
Qualifications:
- 3 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
- Experience handling medical records, discovery, and case management
- Medical Malpractice is a plus too
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000-$125,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
