About the Role
Job Title: ITSM Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support daily ITSM operations to ensure service delivery processes are functioning effectively and efficiently
- Manage the full change record lifecycle, from initiation through closure, ensuring compliance with the established change management program and procedure
- Maintain accurate standard operating procedure documentation of ITSM processes and platform configurations
- Serve as a User Acceptance Tester (UAT) for agile development stories related to ITSM processes, validating that enhancements meet business and functional requirements before deployment
Location : 100% Remote
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $80,000 - $95,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
