I’m currently recruiting for an established South Florida family law practice seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its sophisticated matrimonial practice.
This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-net-worth matters involving sophisticated clients, substantial assets, business interests, and sensitive family law issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex HNW family law matters from inception through resolution.
- Handle divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, custody, support and relocation matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery and settlement documents.
- Handle depositions, hearings, mediations and trials.
- Develop case strategy and provide direct client counsel.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Florida Bar admission in good standing.
- 2 years of substantive family law experience.
- Complex litigation and HNW client experience preferred.
- Strong legal writing, negotiation, advocacy and client-management skills.
The Firm
The practice focuses on sophisticated, high-net-worth family law matters, with an emphasis on strategic advocacy, discretion and personalized client service.
Attorneys handle complex matrimonial litigation, negotiation, mediation and trial matters in a quality-over-quantity environment.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $125,000 [Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.]
