Commercial Litigation Attorney
Location: Chicago, IL
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 Days In-Office / 2 Days Remote
Compensation: $220,000 to $250,000 Base Salary Bonus

I’m currently working with a highly regarded Chicago litigation boutique seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator who wants to work on sophisticated, high-stakes commercial matters while having meaningful responsibility and direct exposure to complex cases.
The firm handles sophisticated disputes for clients across a range of industries and has a strong reputation for creative litigation strategy, trial advocacy, and handling complex matters.
Practice Areas:
The attorney will have the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters involving:
- Commercial Litigation
- Corporate Bankruptcy Litigation
- M&A Litigation
- Employment Litigation
- Complex Contract Disputes
- Business & Corporate Disputes
- Fiduciary Duty & Governance Matters
- Tortious Interference
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8 years of commercial litigation experience
- Active Illinois Bar admission
- Strong experience handling complex commercial disputes
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice and litigation strategy
- Ability to manage matters with increasing independence
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $220,000 to $250,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
