About the Opportunity
I’m currently recruiting for an exciting Litigation Paralegal opportunity with an established law firm in Providence, Rhode Island.
This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation paralegal who wants to work on substantive and sophisticated matters involving businesses, construction projects, real estate development and land use.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage discovery and assist with the litigation process from start to finish
- Prepare and file court documents
- Prepare routine motions, including motions to compel
- Support attorneys on commercial, construction, real estate, and land use matters
Qualifications
- 4 years of litigation paralegal experience required
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures and discovery
- Experience preparing court filings and legal correspondence
- Ability to meet a minimum of 1,500 billable hours annually
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 – $90,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
