Compensation: $170,000–$250,000 base salary

I’m currently recruiting for a Commercial Litigation Attorney opportunity with a highly respected boutique trial practice representing major corporations and sophisticated business clients in complex, high-stakes litigation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful responsibility early in their career, sophisticated litigation experience, and direct exposure to challenging matters without the traditional slow-ramp associate structure.
The practice handles a broad range of defense-side litigation, including:
- Commercial Litigation
- Business Torts
- Product Liability
- Employment Litigation
- Automobile Litigation
- Consumer & Industrial Products
- Mass & Toxic Torts
- Complex Civil Litigation
Responsibilities:
The attorney will have the opportunity to handle matters throughout the litigation lifecycle, including:
- Conducting legal research and factual investigations
- Drafting pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other legal documents
- Managing offensive and defensive discovery
- Preparing for and participating in depositions
- Preparing matters for trial
- Participating in trials and other significant proceedings
Ideal Candidate:
- 2 years of commercial litigation experience
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Comfortable taking ownership of complex matters
- J.D. required
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 to $250,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
