A well-established law firm is seeking an Estate / Deeds Administration Paralegal to join its growing Trusts & Estates team.
This firm is recognized for providing comprehensive legal services in estate administration, trusts and estates, and real estate matters. The team offers a collaborative work environment, direct attorney interaction, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to support clients through every stage of the estate administration process.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal looking to expand their career in trusts & estates while working on a variety of estate administration and real estate matters.
What You'll Do:
• Prepare and record deeds and other real estate transfer documents
• Assist with estate administration matters from opening through closing
• Prepare and organize estate-related documentation
• Coordinate with clients, title companies, county clerk offices, and other third parties
• Maintain case files, calendars, and document management systems
• Support attorneys with trusts & estates and related real estate matters
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of legal documents
What We're Looking For:
• 2 years of paralegal experience
• Experience with estate administration and/or trusts & estates matters
• Experience preparing and recording deeds
• Familiarity with probate and estate-related documentation
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $55,000 – $60,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
