Litigation Attorney - Real Estate (Hybrid)

We are seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to join a high-end, defense-heavy Real Estate and Business Law boutique in Torrance, CA. The Role:
- Manage a diverse caseload involving Real Estate litigation and general Business Law.
- Conduct depositions, attend jury trials, and handle daily case management.
- Develop and execute aggressive and effective legal strategies.
- Note: If you have a strong litigation foundation but lack Real Estate experience, we will train you on the substantive law.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of Litigation experience.
- Experience handling depositions and managing a workload independently.
- Strong strategic thinking and courtroom presence.
- Active member of the California State Bar.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $180,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
