Overview:
We are representing a well-established boutique law firm that is expanding its insurance defense practice. This is a permanent role within a collaborative, litigation-focused team handling a diverse range of insurance defense matters.
What You’ll Do
- Manage insurance defense litigation matters from intake through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct legal research and support case strategy development.
- Maintain accurate and compliant billing records.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy.
Who You Are
- 2–6 years of litigation experience (insurance defense preferred but not required).
- Prior legal billing experience is required.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple active cases.
- Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.
Qualifications:
- J.D. and active Bar membership.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 and $120,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
