- Partners are paid 70% of collections up to $350k and 85% over that!

As a Lawyer / Partner on our team, we are looking for:
- JD from an accredited law school
- LA bar license
- Ability to attend hearings, trials and depos
- Experience in any of the following areas would be ideal: health care (business, not medical malpractice), banking, foreclosures and workouts, construction litigation, succession litigation, disciplinary and other forms of regulatory proceedings for professionals, and virtually all business disputes, especially complex litigation and including class action work on both sides, ERISA and other employee benefits, insurance regulation, public bid laws, etc.
