About us:
We are a highly accomplished national Builder/Developer with a speciality in multifamily construction. We have projects in 5 states and over 100 projects in our portfolio. Award-winning team and a well-known name in the market.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of safety of the project, ensuring that all safety measures are implemented daily.
- Oversee the management of the SWPPP program, ensuring that all SWPPP procedures are followed daily.
- Ensure that all project goals are met.
- Generate all schedules assigned by the Superintendent in written form.
- Ensure all photo documentation is being taken, labeled, and recorded into Procore daily by team members.
- Create, monitor, and retrieve responses to RFI’s.
- Closeout Projects
Education, Work Experience, & Physical Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in construction or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of construction experience with at least one year of supervisory experience.
- A minimum of two years of multi-family construction experience is required.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 – $160,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
