Title: Administrative Assistant 3
Location: Redmond, WA
Job Responsibilities:• Production Calendar Architecture
• Own and optimize the Executive Producer’s calendar around milestone gates, sprint reviews, partner reviews, and cross-functional syncs
• Align time to production priorities rather than reacting to inbound requests
• Anticipate certification crunch, vendor dependencies, and cross-studio integration pressure
• Meeting & Milestone Support
• Ensure milestone reviews are structured, materials are consolidated, and decisions are captured
• Track action items across Creative, Engineering, and Production leadership
• Support pre-read distribution and follow-through on execution forums
• Cross-Functional Coordination
• Partner with Production, Business Operations, and Studio Ops to maintain clarity across workstreams
• Coordinate vendor and external development touchpoints as needed
• Support cross-studio integration with central teams
• Operational Hygiene
• Maintain distribution lists and communications routing tied to production forums
• Track offsites, production summits, and milestone events
• Manage travel and high-visibility engagements tied to production reviews
• Risk & Signal Awareness
• Surface conflicts, duplication, or meeting sprawl that dilute delivery focus
• Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining discretion
• Protect the Executive Producer’s bandwidth during critical production phases Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
• 5 to 8 years supporting Director or Sr. Director-level leaders in complex organizations
• Experience in gaming, technology, film production, or live service environments preferred
• Strong understanding of milestone-based development cycles
• Exceptional prioritization and organizational judgment
• High confidentiality and emotional intelligence
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous and deadline-driven environments Top 3 Must-Have HARD Skills:
- 5 to 8 years supporting Director or Sr. Director-level leaders in complex organizations
- MSFT tools: MSExpense, Employee Central, Sharepoint, MStravel, M365
- Calendar management
- Project planning / Event planning
- Space management
- Onboarding/Offboarding
- Experience with JIRA

Salary Range:$60,000 - 64,000 Annually -Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
