Position Overview:
Leading law firms are seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join their growing teams across California (multiple offices). This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters, with a strong emphasis on general liability and related cases, in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Handle a broad caseload of general civil matters
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Manage all aspects of discovery, including depositions and document review
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
- 2 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a deadline-driven environment
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
