Key Responsibilities
- Assist with civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct legal research.
- Assist with depositions and hearings.
- Participate in mediation and settlement conferences.
- Prepare cases for trial.
- Maintain accurate billable time records.
- Collaborate with attorneys and litigation support staff.
- Active California Bar membership.
- Experience in Civil Litigation preferred.
- Research, writing, and deposition experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with legal billing practices preferred.
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
